Walked on the lot, barely looked at the inventory. Looked at only the one car and it was exactly what I wanted. I walked in and Mark was standing right there. Mark was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car, and we were on the road for a test drive within minutes. He was very efficient and did not try to rush to a deal. When that time came, Mark was a pleasure to work with...which in hindsight was not surprising because I later learned that he is Armenian, as is my wife, and they are the best people in the world. Mark met all my expectations and got me a great deal and I am very happy with my purchase. Tres was also great to work with on the financing, which is the part of the process that most people don't like. Of course, like all dealers...all the add-on services are part of the discussion which can jack the price up. Tres was not pushy at all and simply discussed the various options. With all car purchases you have to be educated on what you truly want or need and Tres did his best to tailor the services to meet my needs and did not over-sell. Tres also gave me a tip for a great sandwich shop in Wellesley. I forgot the name but will look it up..but I remember the name of the sandwich...the "Dude Ranch". Thanks Tres, but I probably won't be eating that in my Porsche. More
