Entire experience was a pleasure I recently purchased a 2018 Macan GTS from Porsche of Burlington. I was fortunate enough to work with David Corbin -- and the entire purchase experie I recently purchased a 2018 Macan GTS from Porsche of Burlington. I was fortunate enough to work with David Corbin -- and the entire purchase experience (my first Porsche) was a pleasure. After I fell in love with the car on my test drive, David helped me to configure the perfect car (not an easy process for a Porsche). I was torn between two colors and David patiently helped me decide -- and I couldn't be happier. I finalized the pricing with the General Manager, Mikail, who I found to be honest and a straight shooter. My car was delayed due to EPA approval issues at the corporate level -- and David was extremely responsive throughout the process. Car was flawless on delivery, and David walked me through everything in detail. I wanted to buy some accessories, and David connected me with the parts manager Adam who was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Overall, it was the best car purchase experience I've ever had, appropriate for a premium brand like Porsche. I hope David is still working at Porsche of Burlington when I'm ready to buy my 911! My congratulations in order of appearance to; Carol Tule, the internet lady, who immediately directed me to David Tobin, an enthusiastic Porsche, brand ambassador, who responded to my many questions and resolved my initial doubts about the 2013 Carrera S Cabriolet; and Tom Wood, the sales manager, who made the deal work; Josh Dupre, the F&I guy, who outlined several options for preserving and protecting the car. And finally to Service Manager, Stefano Auriti, who agreed to put the car on a service bay lift, allowing me to visually inspect its underside. Herb's maxim really works. Always dreamed of owning a Porsche but never quite "went for it". Those 911's and 912's had to wait. Earlier this year decided the "time was now" and ventured to Herb Chambers Burlington where I had bought an Audi A4 a few years ago. Dave Corbin my sales person walked me through the details of sundry options etc....and why a Macan S would suit my needs. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient.
