I recently purchased a certified used vehicle at Porsche of Burlington. This was the most seamless, pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. The Porsche Brand Ambassador, Mariele Savi-Motta, was m of Burlington. This was the most seamless, pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. The Porsche Brand Ambassador, Mariele Savi-Motta, was most welcoming, well informed, and answered any and all questions I had about the vehicle. She went above and beyond to make the best deal possible for our CPO 2018 Macan. From a finance perspective, Maurice Nobles, III, Finance Manager, was professional, friendly, and laid out all our options in an honest and straightforward manner. I was ambivalent about purchasing a used vehicle but he alleviated all my worries. I was able to obtain a 36 month bumper to bumper warranty!!! I will now be able to drive my beautiful Macan with no worries about coverage. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Again, Mariele and Maurice were exceptional and I will be going to them for all of my future vehicle purchases. More

This place is absolutely awful. Had a terrible service experience. Brought my car in to get checked and ended up with a $800 bill. They refilled the Freon and I didn’t even realize they were doing it I told them I just wanted them to diagnose it but they’re masters at being sketchballs. Anyway I called the gym to complain and he told me “your 2017 is an older car it’s going to need work” felt like he was absolutely trying to belittle me for not having the newest model. I told him I had no idea they were doing what they were doing and certainly wasn’t made aware of the charges and he told me there was nothing he could do cuz I already paid which is xxxxxxxx. Total xxxxxxxx. A few days went by so I called again and the guy was again saying I signed the papers and that was it so now I’m writing this review. They are awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. The GM clearly has fostered a very greedy vibe in his team. Comes from the top down. Never trust a car dealership. I also was told when I brought my car in they would touch up my rims as I have a rim package. Their guy wasn’t even there! They truly are the absolute worst. More
