By far the easiest and smoothest car purchase ever! I was in the market, originally, for a new 2017 Buick Enclave. I don't live in the Phoenix area so I started making contact with several car dealershi I was in the market, originally, for a new 2017 Buick Enclave. I don't live in the Phoenix area so I started making contact with several car dealerships before my planned trip to Phoenix. I kept getting a variety of responses which included "you should come in to our dealership to have the best negotiating power" and the price quotes I was receiving were outrageous and not even close to what I wanted to pay. I was not against buying a used car but if I was going to buy a used car, I wanted very, very low mileage. I was getting responses from dealerships for used vehicles with 20,000+, 30,000+ miles just to get to my price range. I had given up hope. The weekend I was in Phoenix, I searched CarGuru and found a 2017 Buick Enclave Premium package at Porsche Chandler with 1,500 miles very close to my preferred price range. I contacted the dealership and heard back from someone right away. I gave them my ideal price range over the phone, they came back with a price via e-mail, I went back with my final price and they accepted. Everything was negotiated before I even got to the dealership! When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was exactly as described and just as the pictures provided. The vehicle was practically brand new! I was surprised to find the vehicle had way more features than I had even hoped to get given my price range. After I arrived at the dealership, I test drove the vehicle, everything was prepared, signed, and I was out the door in less than 2 hours!! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE MADE TO THE PRICE I AGREED TO BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE DEALERSHIP! That was absolutely the best part of the whole experience. I did not waste my entire weekend shopping for a car, sitting for several hours trying to negotiate a price, or driving around all over town trying to get my ideal price at several dealerships. The staff is amazing, courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience ever! Thank you Porsche Chandler! More

Amazing people to work with I had talked to Chris Pauken a few times over email about a few cars, but found a CPO GTS in manual that looked amazing. We went back and forth on a few emails wanting to make sure the deal would be agreeable before I go in there and we reached one. Went in there, took the car for a test drive and loved it. Chris always took the time to answer any questions even before inquiring on this specific car. Ginger helped put everything together and dealt with PFS personally to make sure we could get the deal that was on the paperwork (we actually came in less than what was quoted!). We had some issues with another bank showing my previous car was paid off, but she took care of it and made the transition incredibly easy. This might not be as big as the dealership in Scottsdale, but everyone there is great to work with and they have a great selection of cars and the pricing is better! More

He showed us the inventory on site, suggested a few cars, and took each of us on a test drive. He explained the process of having a car built to order and gave us a projected delivery date. However, the silver Boxster on the lot was just right. Working with Ginger for payment was also pleasant and easy. There isn't any reason to go anywhere else. More
