I was out of town and other nearby porsche dealers could not help me quickly when i had a problem. Chandler Porsche got me in quickly, dx’d the problem, got parts and got me back on the road sooner than i e not help me quickly when i had a problem. I was there for a simple recall to put 2 plugs in where my headlights are on my boxter.I was there for over an hour and a 1/2 total for no reason other than they wanted to make more work for themselves.So my headlights are on my boxter.I was there for over an hour and a 1/2 total for no reason other than they wanted to make more work for themselves.So they could sell it to me. They did an inspection without my knowledge.And at least should've told me up front instead of wasting my time. Even though they say it's a $98 value, it's not value when it's taking up someone's time.And they had no consideration to even ask me about it. This is why I never take my Porsche to dealers for any work.I go to shops like mcelvain motors or stuart , southwest , get a better deal and honest prices and quick repairs. More

While the vehicle repair itself was excellent, the communication and customer service fell short.My service advisor was completely unreachable; she was absent during our check-in, failed to return mul communication and customer service fell short.My service advisor was completely unreachable; she was absent during our check-in, failed to return multiple scheduling calls, and never notified us when the vehicle was ready. Additionally, my husband was not offered a shuttle or Uber ride to work upon arrival. When he returned to pick up the car, the staff spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to locate it.On a positive note, the advisor wearing a neck brace who assisted with our check-in was absolutely fabulous and provided great service. The mechanical work on the car was also great. I hope this feedback helps improve your team's communication and coordination. More
