Adam spent 3.5 hours that first day getting to know what I was looking for and going through the Porsche build-out options list on the web. At all times there was no pressure, even when I said I had to leave there was no "give me a contact phone" or "can we make a deal today." When I called back two days later Adam made himself available for whatever time I was going to come back into the dealership. Negotiating the finance and trade-in with Adam and Aaron was easy and exactly what I expected from the previous conversations: no surprises. No super-sales effort on the last things typically negotiated (window tint, paint/interior protection, etc.), just an explanation of what was available and an opinion of the value it provided. Rene ran me through the paperwork while Adam patiently waited, then delivered the car and showed me how all the buttons worked. I even got to meet Richard the owner. Overall a great experience and a great car. I recommend this dealership to anyone for a terrific buying experience. More

We spoke on the phone on several occasions and he provided me significant amounts of information via emails. He was most kind, most patient, very technically savvy and just an overall very likable person to get to know. His staff, Aaron and Josh C. are top notch. Both follow the lead of their boss being extremely patient, not pushy in any way and they are experts in Porsche vehicles. Josh spent hours with me over a period of several days and he never showed any loss of patience and was always extremely kind. Pricing was very simple and the whole process flowed exceptionally well. The new facility is huge, its easy to get to and they have quite an impressive repair shop and showrooms. They are fully automated with state of the art computer screens for animations, build of vehicles and even contract terms/conditions/signings. Overall, this is a top notch staff from the top down and communication is just one of the many aspects that they excel in. More
