Excellent Car Buying Experience I was a little apprehensive about buying a car from a Porsche dealership just because I've had a bad experience at another luxury dealership in the pa I was a little apprehensive about buying a car from a Porsche dealership just because I've had a bad experience at another luxury dealership in the past. However, the folks at Porsche Chandler were extremely nice and made the car buying experience very very easy. There was no pressure to purchase and I didn't sit there long hours playing the typical car buying game. In the end I walked out with a great deal and a great luxury car that I absolutely love. I want to thank my brand ambassador Chris Pauken for making things extremely easy and for being a great salesperson. I also want to thank Manager Steve Rotonda, and Ginger D'Anna in finance for being easy to work with and being very patient through the process. I would highly recommend folks to purchase from this dealership. Even if you're not buying a Porsche, they make you feel extremely important. More

Although I have been a Porsche owner for many years and the cars really sell themselves, it is an added pleasure to deal with professional staff who make you feel welcomed and don't push the hard sell. I have always bought my cars from the dealership located in Scottsdale - at one time the only dealership in town and definitely the closest one to my home in Cave Creek. The service received in the past from them pales in comparison to what I experienced at Porsche Chandler. The trade-in valuation and purchase price were both fair and reasonable. It takes longer to get there from my house but is definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam for your future Porsche needs. They have certainly won my business. It started with Richard who not only knows how to run a dealership but most importantly how to treat a customer as a partner and a man of his word, what a blessing. Aaron kept me informed of the progress of the new car build and delivery and made sure the right people were involved at the right time. Adam and Nick made the experience easy and quick with the right amount of customer feel. Renee super job on the title and registration, a pleasure to chat with and got me through the forms on a display on her desk (very cool). Adam spent 3.5 hours that first day getting to know what I was looking for and going through the Porsche build-out options list on the web. At all times there was no pressure, even when I said I had to leave there was no "give me a contact phone" or "can we make a deal today." When I called back two days later Adam made himself available for whatever time I was going to come back into the dealership. Negotiating the finance and trade-in with Adam and Aaron was easy and exactly what I expected from the previous conversations: no surprises. No super-sales effort on the last things typically negotiated (window tint, paint/interior protection, etc.), just an explanation of what was available and an opinion of the value it provided. Rene ran me through the paperwork while Adam patiently waited, then delivered the car and showed me how all the buttons worked. I even got to meet Richard the owner. Overall a great experience and a great car. I recommend this dealership to anyone for a terrific buying experience. More

We spoke on the phone on several occasions and he provided me significant amounts of information via emails. He was most kind, most patient, very technically savvy and just an overall very likable person to get to know. His staff, Aaron and Josh C. are top notch. Both follow the lead of their boss being extremely patient, not pushy in any way and they are experts in Porsche vehicles. Josh spent hours with me over a period of several days and he never showed any loss of patience and was always extremely kind. Pricing was very simple and the whole process flowed exceptionally well. The new facility is huge, its easy to get to and they have quite an impressive repair shop and showrooms. They are fully automated with state of the art computer screens for animations, build of vehicles and even contract terms/conditions/signings. Overall, this is a top notch staff from the top down and communication is just one of the many aspects that they excel in. More
