Dealership left engine oil cap off on my brand new Porsche Went in to get my first 10K mile service on my brand new 2017 Macan (Not a Lease) and I had already prepaid for the maintenance plan service when I pu Went in to get my first 10K mile service on my brand new 2017 Macan (Not a Lease) and I had already prepaid for the maintenance plan service when I purchased the car. Came home and when parked in the garage the engine starts sputtering and I smelled something burning so I turn off the car. I turn it back on and the engine light comes on, the engine is violently sputtering and I see smoke coming out from beneath the hood. I turn off the car again and look under the hood to find out that the engine oil cap is missing with oil splattered all over the engine compartment and other components and smoke as a result of burning oil off the engine's surface. This is UNACCEPTABLE and would give them 0 stars if I could so I had the dealership tow the car back to their shop to CORRECT THIS MESS. This was a direct breach of the service plan that I prepaid for and expect them to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I am still waiting for their findings on whether there's permanent damage to the car engine (2 days no call back so far) More
