I always feel special from the moment I drive up, someone greeting me at my car door, taking me to my service man. I appreciate having the video showing/telling me of what is happening with the service. AND greeting me at my car door, taking me to my service man. Chris Guglielmucci and the technician assigned to my car kept me informed with a video analysis and text messages throughout the entire time my car was being serviced.
