Whenever I have had questions re technical issues the Customer Service department has been very courteous and most helpful either over the phone or in person. I just remind them I'm old enough to be your Mother so please use "simple terms". The Customer Service area is very pleasant and well stocked. All of my experiences have been very positive. More

Matthew Sands did a great job communicating with me on the status of the repairs and was a big help in resolving a couple of minor issues with items that Farmers initially did not agree were part of the repair.
