I was very under-whelmed by the whole process and quality of the service. My initial contact to schedule an appointment was via e-mail in mid-May and Corey allegedly sent my request to the valet manager who I then never heard from. A month later I finally called for an appointment. I did receive a call with an estimate shortly after it was picked up but then no contact or status report for a day and a half. I finally called and after 15 minutes on hold was told my service advisor, Chris, had gone home. They had the vehicle for a day longer than promised when I made the appointment and when it was delivered the TPMS light was on, top surface of dash was smeared and clearly not treated all the way up to the glass, floor mats were tossed in the back rather than re-installed, there were bubbles in my clear bra that I'm pretty sure weren't there before, etc. Perhaps I'm picky but it is called a "detail" not a "pretty good cleaning." Also, some belongings that were in the rear storage compartments and which I specifically asked them not to disturb were pulled out and tossed in a plastic bag along with everything else that was in the vehicle. All-in-all the kind of sloppy service and quality control that I'd expect from a run-of-the-mill US brand dealership, not a Porsche-Audi dealer. More

I have been a prestige customer for 5 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. Corey in the service department is the best--always works with my night shift schedule, is honest, and makes sure th have never had a bad experience. Whenever I have had questions re technical issues the Customer Service department has been very courteous and most helpful either over the phone or in person. I just remind them I'm old enough to be your Mother so please use "simple terms". The Customer Service area is very pleasant and well stocked. All of my experiences have been very positive. More
