Stunned by Service! I dropped of my Audi the night prior to service for a recommended replacement of a faulty airbag. Dan was on it! He texted me at 6:45am saying they I dropped of my Audi the night prior to service for a recommended replacement of a faulty airbag. Dan was on it! He texted me at 6:45am saying they had my car and asked when I needed it back. He communicated every few hours about the process and it was done by 11am. I added some additional work after viewing a very informational video about some other issuesthat should be addressed, and I felt like I was right there with the technician as I viewed it. The video helped me understand about what was needed, and Dan assured me they would get the rest done that day. He texted promptly at 3pm that I could pick the car up. Dan was professional, courteous, prompt and overall a great person to work with. I would go back to Prestige again when my Audi needs help! More

Very pleased! Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because i Twice now I have used the team at Prestige Inports to service my Cars, and both times have been great. The first time I brought my Audi in because it was making a weird noise. It took them a while to diagnose and fix the problem, but they nailed it. No one else was able to figure it out. The second time, I brought my ‘78 928 in for an alignment. And they got it just right. When the mechanic took it for a test drive, he wasn’t entirely pleased, so he aligned it again. And it is perfect now. It drives like a brand new car. Thank you for taking such great care of my cars! More
