What would you expect from your dealership if they had a significant accident with your pristine Porsche? This dealership did nothing! There accident with my vehicle cost me substantially out of pocket for significant accident with your pristine Porsche? This dealership did nothing! There accident with my vehicle cost me substantially out of pocket for a replacement of a hi end German vehicle, not from this dealership, as they made it clear to me that "accidents happen" and that it was not their responsibility to keep me financially whole! So much for valuing a 2x Porsche customer both bought from the same dealership! Don’t let the slick showroom run by its condescending GM, Roger Detanico, lull you into a false sense of customer relations post sales. As a 10 year, 2X Porsche owner from this dealership, the attached pics are what Town Motors Porsche did to my pristine Macan S when I dropped it off for its annual servicing. Their accident with my car compromised the vehicle’s integrity, with no financial contribution from the dealership towards a replacement vehicle. As an FYI, upon further research, this dealership has a D- rating from the New Jersey Better Business Bureau. Know who you are doing business with before you spend circa $100k on your next Porsche. More

This is my go-to dealership as I live in the area. Overall experience is very pleasant; courteous folks. Jeff Romano is our service advisor, he's very helpful and his communications are on point. This is my 2nd time at the dealership, had positive experience each time, thanks to Jeff! He's very knowledgeable. The only recommendation I have is for the owner actually! He could review their current loaner system. It was a hassle to arrive 7am in the morning to make sure I get a loaner. Making appointments is useless really. If you're not through the door at 7am, they cannot guarantee a loaner. Had to reschedule for this reason. Either secure more loaners; clearly the current supply does not meet the demand, or find a reliable system that works with the appointments. I will continue to use their services and I can recommend them. More
