Every time I brought my car in for a particular problem it was never fixed (yes, they would change the oil, but what about the seat insert that always is falling out, or the steering column that is loose a it was never fixed (yes, they would change the oil, but what about the seat insert that always is falling out, or the steering column that is loose and makes a knocking sound, etc.).
