Since the dealership didn't have my vehicle (very rare), i did my first custom order. Anton was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, friendly, and transparent. He gave me a great deal, and also checked in with me during the 3month wait to give me updates. The delivery of the car was seamless, and i am very happy. I can't speak for everyone else, but i highly recommend Anton. More

Every interaction with this dealership proved to be positive, and I was no longer intimidated after my first visit. The sales staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, without judgement. I enjoyed my experience immensely, and was kept in the loop throughout the process. As soon as my car was completed overseas, my salesperson, Sam Gadkar notified me and even told me which vessel it was being shipped on. I kept track of it online and as soon as it arrived in port, it was only a few more days until it was delivered to the dealer, detailed and then ready for me to pick up. What a fun and exciting experience! When I got to the dealer, my paperwork was all set and ready for me. All I had to do was sign in a few spots and off I went in my brand-new 911. The sales manager and even the owner greeted me before I left. That's the kind of personalized service I received from this dealer. I will be buying all my Porsches here, and have referred Sam to many of my friends and colleagues. More

(found out the car was sold yesterday which was Tuesday) We have been responding and communicating on how to make this out of state purchase. Beware and be careful. While my wife and I didn't acquire our third Porsche: 1st was an '06 4S cab and the second was a '09 Cayenne Turbo S, I came away saying it was an extremely positive customer service interaction. I live in Virginia, found the vehicle we were looking for an contacted Eric Breitman. From the get go, Eric was attentive, responsive and a true professional. He provided competitive pricing on their CPO 911 as well as our sight unseen trade. Since this is our fourth vehicle, we were looking to procure longer financing than the 60 months that we found. When I told Eric that this would not work, he understood and again, was a true professional. We'll be back in the market again for a 911 and Rosyln Porsche and Eric Breitman will definitely be on our short list of dealerships to contact. More
Recently picked up a new 911 from Porsche of Roslyn and had a GREAT experience. You can tell that this dealer isn't a "corporate" type of environment. I purchased my first Porsche from Porsche of Roslyn about 3 months ago. This, as mentioned, was my first Porsche, so I did some excessive dealer shopping. The Roslyn dealer - went far beyond my expectations 3 months ago. This, as mentioned, was my first Porsche, so I did some excessive dealer shopping. The Roslyn dealer - went far beyond my expectations with the entire purchasing process. In addition to the pleasurable experience with their sales department, I recently had an interaction with their service department. I hit a pothole and had to replace a tire. During the time I was shopping for my new car, my experience at most of the other Porsche dealers was that if you didn't know someone who worked there - or if you were not referred by a friend or relative - it was near impossible to get any attention - I had a difficult time getting someone to help me. I have been in the Roslyn dealer a total of 4 times now. I was not referred by anyone. I do not know anyone that works there. And 4 out of 4 times - I was treated professionally, and more importantly, I was treated as if I were a long term repeat customer of theirs. I will be sure to continue with the Porsche brand because of the way I have been treated so far at the Roslyn dealership. More
I had always wanted a Porsche, and since I live locally I figured let me give this dealership a try. Overall, very nice people- not at all pushy or aggressive. I walked out with all the information that I had gone in for, and came back about a week later to finalize the deal. The salesman followed up with emails and telephone calls to my (pleasant) surprise. Very well done and classy. Not the biggest dealership and not the cheapest, but they treat you great and pricing is competitive. My wife and I were very happy and we can't wait until our car comes in to drive home in our new Porsche. More
Bought a Certified Pre-owned Porsche and the manager MICHAEL ANTONOPOULOS totally jerked me around. They are extremely nice to you when you are buying the car, but as soon as you walk off the lot with your porsche everything changes. To make things worse when I dropped off my porsche to have repairs made WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PRIOR TO ME PICKING IT UP, the service advisor CHARGED ME 15 dollars because she claimed I brought back her loaner car with less fuel than I took it out with. I was shocked and irritated so I did not even argue. Then she accused me of bringing back their loaner car with damage on it, I had to show the lady that the damage was clearly marked off on the slip when I took the car; only then did she back off. Total rip off dealership looking to nickel and dime you. I guess after dealing with Habberstad and Rallye all these years I have been spoiled. Bottom line avoid this place like the plague. There are many Porsche dealers on Long Island, but after doing extensive research and from my own experience I recommend taking the drive out to Paul Miller Porsche in NJ. The smaller dealerships cant compete with the bigger guys like Rallye, Paul Miller etc. The bigger guys stand behind their cars and are more interested in having satisfied customers than a few extra bucks at the end of the month. They would rather have you coming back every few years for your next car and next service. Big thumbs down for Roslyn Porsche. More
