Excellent experience. I was in the market for a new Macan and it took me several years of research and waiting for the right time. I reached out to other dealerships rangi I was in the market for a new Macan and it took me several years of research and waiting for the right time. I reached out to other dealerships ranging from the southeast to the northeast. Some were good people but not enough to earn their business. Mr. Del Tato was straight forward since day one. His knowledge about explaining the next steps down to the most intricate detail when ordering the vehicle. He offered recommendations as far what were useful and what were not, without being a typical pushy salesperson. He encouraged me to look into different financial options in order to get the best finance rate. It took nearly six months to get the Macan T. He worked very diligently to make sure everything was properly done by the time of pickup. When the car arrived to the dealership, he took time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Since my family and I were traveling from North Carolina, he made sure we had plenty water and snacks. This may not be significant for many but sometimes small things can make a big impact, specially getting to know each other. I won’t write a book about this but Mr. Del Tato made a lasting impression on my family and I. He even follow up with a message and a phone call to make sure we arrived safely from NY to NC. We recently bought a new Macan from Porsche Gold Coast and had to share our amazing experience. Buying a new Porsche was a dream come true and Sam Gadkar, our salesperson, made it extra special. He is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever worked with when buying a car. He understood our needs and steered us to the options that fit the bill, and explained the ones that he felt would be unnecessary. We appreciated that so much. Now that we have the car, his suggestions were spot on. When we picked up the car, he spent more time than I could ask for going over all the ins and outs of our new Macan. He was genuinely excited for us and treated us like we had just purchased the most expensive model. Sam continues to be an asset when we have questions about the car as we drive it, even when those questions are about aspects I know he went over with us already and didn’t retain due to our excitement. When this lease is up, there is no doubt that we will be returning to Sam and Porsche Gold Coast for another car. More

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and I’ve owned 20+ cars in the last 20 years. Simply don’t give a xxxx about their customers and do the bare minimum to make a sale. Incredibly unresponsive, owned 20+ cars in the last 20 years. Simply don’t give a xxxx about their customers and do the bare minimum to make a sale. Incredibly unresponsive, will not go out of their way to help you, and literally make it feel as if you’re burdening them by asking questions / needing help. Spent over $200k on a new Porsche and I couldn’t believe how unresponsive the entire team was (sales, GM, service, etc). Save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment and buy a Porsche elsewhere if you can. More

Dropped off my car for a diagnosis to figure out what the problem is. Four days into leaving vehicle, I found out that they haven’t even touched it, or looked at it, the service advisor and the managers can problem is.
