I’ve worked with so many dealers before, and this is the first time I’d felt a homey, welcoming experience. My product advisor Ron was the most patient, and responsive person I’ve worked with. Still waiting to hear back from my multiple phone calls and emails to Ethan regarding the broken Connect Module that was installed in my car during a service in April. Wow now thats really stretching the company motto "Driven By Trust". Car serviced, customer pays but notices previously working functions are now broken, dealership ignores customer, the end.
