Recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Cayenne S from Porsche of Hilton Head. I live in the St. Louis area, so I bought this vehicle sight unseen (didn't even drive it). Michael gave me a full live review of the car, inside and out. I read other reviews on this dealership, so I knew that I could have 100% confidence in them. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Michael and the rest of his team. They will go out of their way to answer the smallest questions. I do want to also mention that I did have a small issue with rattling on one side of the car. I took it to the local Porsche dealer and they fixed the issue right away (no safety issue, just a minor annoyance). Michael asked that I send the invoice to them and they would take care of the bill. Sure enough, I got a check in the mail for the amount that I was charged for the fix. I did not have a warranty either. This is customer service at its best. I will be buying from them again. More

Found beautiful red 2018 GTS with 15000 miles, on line, at this dealership. Worked out a deal. Their response to condition was “Perfect, only a small inconspicuous stone chip”. First glance at front bumper, saw obvious repainted orange peel stone chips. Salesman said he didn’t notice the very obvious flaws. Very disappointing. Didn’t feel like I could trust this dealership. Drove another 250 home, very sad. More
