Late on a Sunday evening, my wife smelled "something hot" in her 2013 Cayenne. She drives 110 miles round trip most days to work and was reluctant to drive it. I needed a loaner vehicle for other appointments that day, and he said "no problem". They looked at the car and were finished about 10:30am, but I was already at appointments. He was going to be there until 6:00pm, but I didn't think I could get back by 6:00pm to exchange. He said "no problem, I'll let Steve (Postol) know you're coming later and he can take care of checking you in". Steve handled the paperwork and I was out in several minutes. He told me what work needed to be done and how long it would take giving me a budget for service that other Porsche dealerships can't compete with. Brian instantly greets you when you walk in the door, and shows you exactly what is being done to your car while it is being worked on by the mechanics. By far, the best car buying experience I've had in 5 tries! Porsche Towson was the 5th Porsche dealer I'd visited in the MD/DC/VA area and by far the best.
