Scheduled car to be serviced on 3/5. Dropped car of on 3/7 stating we would pick car up on 3/16 when we returned to Jax. Car was not ready for pickup until 3/17 at 3:30 PM. Best to get a loaner car so t 3/7 stating we would pick car up on 3/16 when we returned to Jax. Car was not ready for pickup until 3/17 at 3:30 PM. Best to get a loaner car so they will get the car in and out of service quicker. If this was a restaurant I’d pick another location. More
