Worst service experience EVER I schedule a service appointment approximately 4 to 6 weeks in advance to have my oil changed and have two minor repairs. After dropping off my car, I schedule a service appointment approximately 4 to 6 weeks in advance to have my oil changed and have two minor repairs. After dropping off my car, it took 6 1/2 days before my car was finally even looked at. It took a totally of 8 1/2 days to complete the service. Unaccapetable. The service representative did a terrible job keeping me informed as most days I had to reach out to him to get an update. When I did get an update, it consisted of “it is in process”. After almost a week, I called and spoke to service manager Skip who appeared unaware of the situation. After talking with him, he said that he would investigate and give me a call back ..... he never called back. Instead he had the service rep, Charles call me. Given the circumstance, I find this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional conduct by Skip. The saddest part of all this is that I just came off having spent two days at the Porsche Track Experience at the Barber Motorsport facility in Birmingham and after that experience I was considering a 911 GTS turbo. After this experience I will never purchase another Porsche in Jacksonville nor will I buy another car from a Fields dealership. Needless to say, if anyone ever asked me about how I like my car I will be certain to tell them why I like Porsche’s but will never buy another one. I will find it interesting if you even care about this feedback. Regards Craig More

Horrible Dealership - Better Service at a Kia Dealership Don’t use - horrible dealership! My 911 was 30 days out of warranty when a bolt holding a bracket for belts sheared off. An obvious latent defect Don’t use - horrible dealership! My 911 was 30 days out of warranty when a bolt holding a bracket for belts sheared off. An obvious latent defect in the metal but all I got from the service department at Porsche of Jax was lip service and xx. They didn’t even try to get the obvious defect covered - I know this because I asked for the name of the Porsche rep who they talked to and after 3 requests, I got a xx excuse how they couldn’t share the info because it’s confidential but they put my info into an algorithm (Yes I’m not making this up - that’s actually the xx explanation I got) and the algorithm said it wasn’t covered. In putting the information into the “algorithm”they didn’t even get the info correct - the bolt sheared off in my driveway in park - I told them this repeatedly but their paper work says it sheared off while driving, an obvious attempt to try to blame me for a defect in the metal. I’ve had a lot of cars, Chevys, Honda’s, VWs, Kias, Pontiac’s and none ever had boots shear off! One would think that Porsche, being high end German Engineering, would stand behind the defect and fix it - perhaps they would if I had a remotely competent dealership in Jax. Also, again 30 days out of warranty, Porahxe Jax tried to tell me I needed to spend another $8k in repairs - yea just discovered 30 days out of warranty! Don’t use this dealer - their service department is dishonest - can only imagine who bad their sales department is! More

Thoroughly wonderful experience I entered the service department fully expecting to have to argue my point with the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. As my car was out o I entered the service department fully expecting to have to argue my point with the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. As my car was out of warranty and the problem was previously addressed during the warranty period, however they didn’t find anything wrong with it at that time. it progressively worsened over a year or so. Charles the service rep was very calm and nice, as my husband and I explained the problem. He told us to wait and see what the problem was and we would go from there. He sent an email a couple of days later.. the repair for that item was over 4K dollars. So I again mentioned that this was an existing problem, he stated that he would call Porsche if he had my permission to do so. He asked a few questions and also if I had previously owned a Porsche. I said no, my son has a 911 Carrara and he was the one who convinced me to purchase one. He talked to Porsche and called me back and said that they were going to pick up the majority of the cost. I was elated, I felt it wasn’t the money so much as a matter of principle. That made me feel like I was treated as a valued customer So I also had them changed my tires and of course the oil and routine maintenance, which I happily did. Charles was so calm and nice that I left feeling glad I owned a Porsche and I will buy another one! Great service dept. everyone I interacted with was very sweet and professional... Thank you More
