Thoroughly wonderful experience I entered the service department fully expecting to have to argue my point with the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. As my car was out o I entered the service department fully expecting to have to argue my point with the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. As my car was out of warranty and the problem was previously addressed during the warranty period, however they didn’t find anything wrong with it at that time. it progressively worsened over a year or so. Charles the service rep was very calm and nice, as my husband and I explained the problem. He told us to wait and see what the problem was and we would go from there. He sent an email a couple of days later.. the repair for that item was over 4K dollars. So I again mentioned that this was an existing problem, he stated that he would call Porsche if he had my permission to do so. He asked a few questions and also if I had previously owned a Porsche. I said no, my son has a 911 Carrara and he was the one who convinced me to purchase one. He talked to Porsche and called me back and said that they were going to pick up the majority of the cost. I was elated, I felt it wasn’t the money so much as a matter of principle. That made me feel like I was treated as a valued customer So I also had them changed my tires and of course the oil and routine maintenance, which I happily did. Charles was so calm and nice that I left feeling glad I owned a Porsche and I will buy another one! Great service dept. everyone I interacted with was very sweet and professional... Thank you More

Exemplary Service and Highly Competent Technicians Due to a syncing glitch of LiftMaster Garage Openers and Porsche Panamera Models, a service technician and a customer service representative was sent Due to a syncing glitch of LiftMaster Garage Openers and Porsche Panamera Models, a service technician and a customer service representative was sent to my residence to resolve the synchronization issue. Joey and Nate were outstanding and performed their respective tasks e.g., fuses removal and installation and re-programming of my 2018 Panamera. It was very evident that these individuals were extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled as they performed their service tasks in a very efficient manner. Their attention to details and their customer service attitude should be noted and truly reflects the attitude and culture of Porsche Fields' personnel (Management, Sales and Service). While Joey and Nate was dispatched specifically to address the synchronization issue with my Panamera, they answered all of my wife questions regarding her recent purchase of her 2019 Boxster. They truly communicated in a manner in which she and I understood the specific features and technological tools of her car. We have owned other luxury automobiles in the past, however, we have never received this one to one hands on approach. Again, Porsche Fields continues to carry their "Customer Service" to that exemplary level of "Excellence" and "Customer Satisfaction". More
