My service rep - Yara is very good but has limited authority. The premium tire/wheel coverage sold to me and many others by Porsche dealers is flawed and should not be sold. The policy provides covera authority. The premium tire/wheel coverage sold to me and many others by Porsche dealers is flawed and should not be sold. The policy provides coverage for structural damage to wheels. The criteria used for coverage is whether or not the tire holds air. There is no mention of this criteria in the policy. Tire holding air does not conclude that there is no structural damage. The technician at Fields Porsche determined the wheel was bent (ie. structural damage). Fields Porsche did replace the wheel at no cost to me but I wonder how many other customers have been denied coverage by this flawed coverage criteria. I had to spend a lot of time pushing for coverage that was clearly stated in my coverage policy. Fields Porsche should have replaced the wheel at no cost to me quickly and without the need for me to fight for this action based on clearly stated details within the policy that Fields Porsche sold to me. Continues to improve. Jennifer Woodard is a main reason! Jennifer has taken excellent care of my Macan GTS from when I bought it. I will go nowhere else. Jennifer Woodard is a main reason! Jennifer has taken excellent care of my Macan GTS from when I bought it. I will go nowhere else. More

Terrible service. Lack of communication, misrepresentations, and huge delays (over 14 months) getting the headliner fixed in my 2019 911 targa. I went to pick up the c Lack of communication, misrepresentations, and huge delays (over 14 months) getting the headliner fixed in my 2019 911 targa. I went to pick up the car when they said it was done, after 14 weeks, and in fact, they hadn't fully fixed. The problem in the headliner had huge gaps in the seams and looked worse than when I dropped the car off. I Was repeatedly lied to about the status of the car and parts. In the end, I asked him to wave the $6000 service and repair charge for everything I had in through. And they refuse to do that. I will never again use this dealership service of any kind. More
The service was less than I expect from a Porsche dealership. The car went in for a panoramic roof replacement, which took over a month to complete. Porsche required that I call an independent glas dealership. The car went in for a panoramic roof replacement, which took over a month to complete. Porsche required that I call an independent glass company to do the replacement at the dealership’s shop. The service technician for the dealership gave bad information to the service advisor, that the roof liner did not need to be removed for the replacement, but it did. That caused a major delay to go back to my insurance company to get approval for the higher cost. Then, when replacing the headliner, the technicians damaged an interior part, which required more time to get a replacement part. When I contacted the service manager to get an explanation of the delays and mistakes by his technician, he refused to accept responsibility for his technician’s incorrect information, saying “we were given wrong information”. The technician works for him, he wasn’t given wrong information, he gave wrong information. I finally called the salesman who originally sold me the vehicle two years ago to ask him to have the General Manager call me. I have only been called back by the salesman telling me the GM will call later. It has been over two weeks and nothing from the GM. To say I’m very disturbed by the quality of quality assurance and the care of customers shown by both the Service Manager and the General Manager, would be an understatement. This dealership only cares about selling vehicles, not the after the sales follow up. I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership, but will not purchase another from them. I will also never use their service department again. This hasn’t been the only problem encountered with this service department. Two weeks prior to the roof shattering, my front windshield shattered. That replacement took two weeks to complete. The windshield was shipped from Germany, but no one checked the condition of the windshield when it arrived, and it too was shattered. Another delay to get another windshield shipped from Germany. Quality Assurance isn’t a priority for this dealership. More
