Dylan was just terrific. I ordered a Cayenne and thru no fault of Dylan, Porsche delayed the delievery for 2+ months. Made appointment for service to check reason for engine light and to repair turn signal light on bumper. Service rep was very courteous and told me I needed several recalls and 2 new tires on back wheels. light and to repair turn signal light on bumper. I asked for a loaner but none were available. She then offered to have someone drive me back to VERO and said she would arrange for the car to be delivered to me in VERO. The car was delivered the next day washed and vacuumed. It drove like it was new. Great service. I was totally satisfied. More
