My 2012 Panamera would not go into gear so I had it towed to my usual mechanic but he did not delve into transmission work so I had it towed to Porsche of Melbourne thinking they were the only company that c to my usual mechanic but he did not delve into transmission work so I had it towed to Porsche of Melbourne thinking they were the only company that could handle the job. The estimate was $17,000. for a new transmission. I had to request information on break down of estimate and on fault indications of transmission. I was given incorrect information on faults and told my controller had burned up, which differed from what my mechanic had found for faults. Long story short I had the car towed back to my mechanic who replaced the transmission harness for under $2000 and I am back on the road in my Porsche! More

Dealership did all the service I needed and pointed out other items we agreed to add. Did everything on time in a professional manner! Beautiful facility with professional staff.
