Oil change sub-par $950 for an oil change which includes an updated pollen filter and “extensive inspection” is ridiculous. Also had rims repaired for curb rash (covered $950 for an oil change which includes an updated pollen filter and “extensive inspection” is ridiculous. Also had rims repaired for curb rash (covered by insurance I paid for) with expectation from dealership of being done the same day. After multiple conversations with dealership, the completion time kept getting extended until I said this is unacceptable, I was then told it would be ready later the next day. I was given a 2 door Jeep as a loaner vehicle for those two days which was very odd to say the least. With all said, Keri Sterle at the dealership was very professional but clearly dealership is understaffed as all phone calls went to voicemail. More
