Bought a battery I brought a battery in to be tested to see if it could hold a charge. There was not clearly identified parking space for customers. The Pors he serv I brought a battery in to be tested to see if it could hold a charge. There was not clearly identified parking space for customers. The Pors he service area was not clearly marked inside. There was only 1 person on duty that day. She appeared to be new and was not sure the company could actually text the battery. She had to call someone in service to confirm they could do it. I left it with her and left the dealership. She called later and left me a VM that the battery was no good and that I needed a new one. She gave me a wuote. I called back and left a VM saying I would buy one. Someone called me back and left a VM that the battery would be ready for pick-up at 3pm. I returned the next day and reported to the cashier to pay for the battery. There was no paperwork. It took a while to search for it. Eventually, the clerk called the girl that I worked with yesterday and she confirmed the price. They processed me but it was a hassle. I collected the battery and left. More

Overpriced and Rude Experience I called for a Porsche quote. Was quoted $1750 off MSRP for a new vehicle. Other dealer in town quoted over $3000 off as did a dealer in IL. Loyalt I called for a Porsche quote. Was quoted $1750 off MSRP for a new vehicle. Other dealer in town quoted over $3000 off as did a dealer in IL. Loyalty meant nothing it seems. When I told them about shopping, the Porsche GM got upset and extremely rude, suggesting it was GREEDY. I believe he was looking in a mirror when he said that. I'm done with Umansky and the years of loyalty when it was Concours and locally owned. More
