Wow, this dealership used to be great but has gone downhill. They are a Canadian company with terrible reviews. The maintenance cost on my Cayenne was 25% higher than other Porsche dealerships. I called to get a problem fixed that I created. I was concerned about using a Porsche dealer because of the price they charge. I explained the problem to Dan who got me in the same day and had a service concerned about using a Porsche dealer because of the price they charge. I explained the problem to Dan who got me in the same day and had a service tech fix the problem. I wish I knew the service tech's name because he was great also. They fixed the problem for less than I expected and also did an inspection of the car. They found a few small problems and fixed them for almost nothing. They were able to get me in and fix the problem quicker and for less money than I expected. It was probably one of the best service experiences I have ever had. More
