We had been shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Porsche Taycan for several months, working with various dealerships and sales teams throughout California. We narrowed down our choices to three vehicles, one of them was located at Porsche Ontario—about 450 miles away. Our inquiry was promptly answered by sales team member Primo Garcia. We explained our situation and the logistics involved in flying in to complete the sale. Primo was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns. He even created an impressive video of the car and walked us through all of its features. The vehicle was placed on hold for us—without requiring a deposit and with no pressure. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire Porsche Ontario team, who were both friendly and accommodating. The car was exactly as advertised, was prepped and ready for us. I took my Porsche Cayenne in to have my extra key programmed. I was greeted by David Barron my service writer and he did an awesome job in making sure I was taken care of. He was also super awesome as he was the gentleman who ordered my key and called me in 2 days to tell me my order was in and to book an appointment with Service.
