I just took in my 2020 Porsche 911 in for its regular service. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service this time around vs visits in the past. They sent me a video, personally narrated by the mechanic where he reviewed in real time, my tire wear, turbo status, battery life, etc. It truly was first class start to finish.
