My advisor, Antonio Shum, made the whole experience truly memorable. I feel incredibly lucky and happy to have found such a wonderful place to do business. I can’t recommend it enough. The transparency, open dialogue, and information they provided were just a small part of everything they offered. I knew I was going into a luxury car dealership, and honestly, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Porsche for so much, I am truly enjoying my Panamera. More

I was met at my car and immediately taken inside to my service manager. He explained the work to be done on my Macan. I was given my loaner car and was out the door in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the level of service provided did not meet my expectations. Specifically, I was in the middle of starting to work numbers and trade information on a vehicle I had looked at thoroughly, test dr my expectations. Specifically, I was in the middle of starting to work numbers and trade information on a vehicle I had looked at thoroughly, test drove, and talked to the sales consultant for a long period of time about. As we sat at the salesman's desk a gentleman approached saying he needed the keys to the car we were working on because it had been sold and was being shipped to one of auto nations dealerships in South Carolina. The salesman was completely caught off guard by this and showed his frustration to this gentleman. After the salesman went to talk to one of the managers he returned and said he was sorry, but the car had already been sold, and they never took it out of the system and there was nothing they could do. I was extremely disappointed by this because this car was exactly what I was looking for and was the only one on the lot that had the year, mileage, color, and specifications I desired. I then asked to talk to a manager who honestly could have cared less and said, "oh well". An experience like this is beyond infuriating, especially at a Porsche dealership who supposedly prides themselves over customer service. I asked the sales consultant to make sure the general manager of the dealership Mr. Ben Ellis called me immediately. I was told he would contact me soon but 24 hours later I have not received a call. To be honest with you, I knew going to Porsche of Orlando service like this was a possibility because back in 2020 I went through a similar experience. I was looking at a Macan and had to travel for work. The salesman called me during this time frame of me being away and said the car had arrived that we were looking at, and he would make sure to put it aside for the next couple of days "no deposit needed" until I returned just a few short days later. When I returned and went to the dealership the salesman apologized to me and said the car had been sold behind his back. I then ended up buying a Macan from another Porsche dealership. I thought giving Porsche of Orlando another opportunity many years later wouldn't be an issue but how I was so wrong. To have the car keys legitimately taken out of the salesman's hands as he works on a deal with a customer who really desires this car is beyond outrageous. Then to make things worse for that customer to be completely ignored is even more outrageous and downright infuriating. Let me state, the salesman was absolutely wonderful and was put in a bind by the incompetence of the dealership's management. I hope my feedback doesn't go ignored because business like this is beyond unacceptable and should not be tolerated by Auto Nations leadership More

Just bought a BMW X5 from Porsche Orlando, and the whole experience was honestly great. Even though I wasn’t buying a Porsche, they still treated me like I was picking up something way more exotic. No pressure or games, just solid service and communication from start to finish. And I’ve gotta mention Evee at the front desk. I accidentally left my phone there, and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back. Super friendly and really on top of things. The X5 was exactly as described, super clean, and the pickup was quick and painless. Overall, one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had.
