Porsche Orlando

Dishonest I've lived in Orlando for over 12 years, and been fortunate enough to own a similar number of Porsches. Unfortunately for me (on this occasion) I am a I've lived in Orlando for over 12 years, and been fortunate enough to own a similar number of Porsches. Unfortunately for me (on this occasion) I am a big supporter of local businesses and i've made 3 mistakes dealing with this group in my 12 years in the area. Most recently I pre traded a car early to them with the agreement of trading against a future modal. They trade price was agreed upon factoring in the tax credit from one car to the next. After about 10 days I still had not received my equity check for my traded car so after a number of attempts to chase them the conversation took a turn for the worse when I was told that they had too, in fact hold my full equity in house. To my face I was told that all I had to do was sign paperwork for the future vehicle showing an inbound car and that my tax credit would be valid and that I would receive my equity check. To my disgust I was then told I had to keep my (6 figure sum $) in the dealers account until the new car arrived (in December/Jan). I was completely blindsided. And I WOULD NOT have pre traded my car in at that price otherwise. This is now strike 3 for this dealer and they will not see me again. You give all other AutoNation stores a bad taste for me. More

Arrogant and unhelpful We have purchased cars from here for the past 10 years. The only reason we did so was because they were the only Porsche garage in Orlando. They always give the opinion that they are doing you a favor in letting you buy a Porsche!! Our last car had a tremendous amount of problems but never once did we get anything other than a couldn't care less attitude. The service department would keep our car for upto a week for a small job. They appear to have forgotten that it is there customers that keep them employed! We have just changed our car to a different make as we no longer wished to be treated with the arrogance and contempt they treat people with. More

Utterly appalling service experience Described my problem in detail and made an appointment for a minor electrical repair. Received a reminder about the appointment. When I showed up on time, I was told they couldn't help me, and that I needed to contact some guy who like subbed out for them. I paid these people over $135,000 for this new 911 a few years ago and they wouldn't even check for a blown fuse, and yes, the original electrical work was done by this dealership, not by a "sub". Stay away from these people. They are incompetent and rude. More
