Most automotive purchases are a brief process, whereas customizing a Porsche to your own personal taste is an experience - and having experts like Chris Rolfe and Tom Neuse guide me through that process made it even more enjoyable. After 4 months when my car finally arrived, it was the tragedy of a Stop Sale from the factory requiring a new engine replacement before it could be delivered. The following 6 months were the longest I have ever endured waiting for a new engine and installation; however every time I stopped by the dealership Chris and Tom catered to my questions, gave me updates, and helped calm my frustration. You can really see the true colors of a company by how they handle problems, and the team at Len Stoler Porsche hit it out of the park. When delivery day finally arrived, I was treated like royalty and given the red carpet treatment as they performed the reveal and gave me a gift bag for my extended wait.
