I am so incredibly pleased with Porsche River Oaks. We have purchased 2 vehicles over the past 6 months and I would give them 10 stars if I could!! First of all, their new showroom is beautiful, and every time I walk in I am greeted with a warm welcome by one of their receptionists. We have used this dealer for several years for service (Phillip Pham) is always quick to return our calls and provides excellent customer service. However, this review is really and truly to highlight Mustapha -- the most incredible salesperson you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. I know, "Car Salesman" and "Wonderful" are not often used in the same sentence, but Mustapha is truly the most honest, sincere, trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, respectful person and purchasing a vehicle with him was truly the most pleasant experience. Mustapha has gone out of his way to make sure every interaction we had with Porsche was pleasant and positive and we are so grateful to have worked with him and had him as our point person throughout this process. In addition, his boss, David, was able to provide us with additional knowledgeable and was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with while purchasing and trading in our vehicles. To summarize -- Excellent dealer from service to sales -- ASK FOR MUSTAPHA -- amazing vehicles -- you can't go wrong!! More
