Gunter was extremely helpful explaining the issues I had with my GT4 and was quick to get back with a resolution. I had an exceptionally good experience buying a beautiful Macan GTS at Porsche, San Francisco. The staff there ---and particularly---salesman, Ralph Gonzales and general manager, Karla Curtsinger--were at all times extremely professional, cordial, knowledgeable and motivated to help me find the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Porsche has a breathtakingly modern and spacious new showroom at 500 8th St., the former venue for Mercedes of San Francisco. Ralph and Karla went out of their way to make sure all of my (many) questions were answered as we all worked to bring about a successful sale for both sides.
