After a few phone conversations, I traveled to Silver Springs to test drive a similar model (the car I wanted was still in Germany). The sales process was smooth, comfortable, and Martin’s great communication continued throughout the month as my car was making its way to the US. When it arrived, Martin taught me everything I needed to know about my gorgeous Cayenne e-hybrid, Gen guided me through all the financial processing and presented additional service options (without pressure), and Bruce joined in for some friendly conversation. This group is so fantastic that I’ll likely drive 45 min to Silver Springs to work with their service department when needed, because I’m sure they will be as good as the sales department. Elvis has taken care of me for years, finding workable solutions for repairs covered under warranty. This time it was a failing water pump that they noticed upon inspection, catching it before it created solutions for repairs covered under warranty. I appreciate the technician videos, and I'm still perplexed with how the detailers can scrub every bit of brake dust out of my wheels.
