I was looking to purchase from out of state and had a bizarre experience with Porsche Northshore which tainted me from attempting to buy a car from so far away. Contacted Casey and it was smooth sailing from there. He gave me an honest summation as to the cars condition and we negotiated a very fair price. I had a 3rd party inspection, (which was basically unnecessary), and they gave the thumbs up. My plan was to fly out to DC and drive the car all the way back with Casey and RJ setting up everything in advance so that I could do so. Got sick prior to arriving so I went with a enclosed shipper who also turned out to be exceptional as, (MJ Parker Transport), Casey and RJ both did everything possible to make the pick-up go smoothly and 4 days later I had my car. Can't say enough about the professionalism of these guys and if you're from out of state, go for it. They were absolutely amazing. Nicest part of all is the customer service continues even after delivery and you can count me as one satisfied consumer. More

Scott Veneziani was a thoughtful, honest and attentive sales person who help me purchased and I recently purchased my 29 Porsche Boxster with 12,000 miles. And a big shout out to the team that Scott works with Jim, Casey and Chas were all extremely helpful, willing to respond when Scott was with another customer, and showed great team spirit. Chas in particular is very knowledgeable about Porsche's, and is also very kind and thoughtful to work with. Their service department is responsive, reasonably priced, and also part of the thoughtful team. It really does not get better than this... Emergency Service After nearly 2 hours of driving at 1PM, Paulette and I were approaching Washington DC on I95 on Wednesday December 27, when a “red” caution light illu After nearly 2 hours of driving at 1PM, Paulette and I were approaching Washington DC on I95 on Wednesday December 27, when a “red” caution light illuminated warning us to “stop driving, no coolant”. We were able to find safe parking almost immediately. While I was speaking with AAA to arrange a tow, Paulette called Porsche Silver Spring and spoke with Service Manager Natalie Muhlbock to request repair service. Natalie promised service help as soon as we could be towed to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership at 2:15 PM and by 2:30, the car was in the service bay, on a lift, receiving much attention from Service Foreman Rich. The issue was worse than expected: a nail had punctured the radiator - it needed to be replaced. Recognizing our desire to continue our trip as soon as possible, replacement parts were express ordered for overnight delivery, and a loaner car was provided to us. We continued our trip, and on our return, the car was ready for us. Natalie and her team were great. They did everything possible to accommodate our needs and schedules while making repairs to our car. This is a first class Porsche dealer organization. More
