Upon my first visit the the heavy set service representative was a bit impatient, abrupt and not very helpful. When I inquired about servicing my car, he was dismissive. A few months later, I came back to the dealership to schedule an oil change. At that particular visit, Sue Campbell was my agent and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! She delivers exceptional service! She is friendly, trustworthy and extremely helpful. More

No appointment, no proof of purchasing the car at the dealership, just good advice and a quick fix to small problems and I was on my way. Pleasant buying experience I've purchased many cars before but this was my first pleasant experience. I saw a car I was looking for on one of the internet sites and contacted t I've purchased many cars before but this was my first pleasant experience. I saw a car I was looking for on one of the internet sites and contacted the dealer, Pacific Porsche. A rep, Adriana Vallecillo, responded almost immediately. In contrast, I'm still waiting for CarMax to respond beyond an automatic reply. Adriana was extremely responsive and helpful. I told her I was buying that day, and she was able to work a "must buy" offer from her manager in a few hours. I've been burnt by so many dealerships trying to tack on charges for this and that, so I was initially distrustful. Adriana patiently reassured me that there would be no surprises. Turned out that there was a small surprise that she didn't know about, but she and her manager took care of it immediately. The car was detailed and ready when I arrived, the paperwork went smoothly, and I was on my way in my new ride soon after with all smiles. Adriana, her manager, the finance lead, and service technician (sorry, I forgot their names), and the dealership all deserve 6 stars! More
