I recently had my Porsche Cayenne serviced at South Bay Porsche. It is beyond comprehension that I pay almost 4K for a a value gasket, and my car was returned to me with an oil service due light on. To me Porsche. It is beyond comprehension that I pay almost 4K for a a value gasket, and my car was returned to me with an oil service due light on. To me this signifies to me that the technician and associated staff were not paying attention to vehicle, and they certainly were not meeting the standards of a Porsche service. I experienced this poor quality of service after I agreed to having my car kept at the dealership additional days to complete their recommended service. Moreover, I don't have time to run back to the dealership for something that they could have been addressed when they had the car in their possession. I noticed this service light after traveling a couple of blocks from the dealership light. Very disappointing. More
