Great service! This was my first visit to Pacific Porsche for service. I did not purchased my car there little more than two years ago but now I wish I had. The ser This was my first visit to Pacific Porsche for service. I did not purchased my car there little more than two years ago but now I wish I had. The service experience was above and beyond what I got at the dealership where I purchased the car. It was raining when I arrived and even so, Suzanne Campbell went out to welcome me to the dealership, made me feel comfortable with their procedures, explained what was going to be done and how long it was going to take, offered me a shuttle ride to wherever I chose and promised to call me as soon as the car was ready. She did exactly as she said! When I picked up the car it was at the entrance, clean and ready to go. She explained what was done and walked me to the cashier. Wow! Great service and thanks Suzanne.
