Poor Service Not a great place for service. I asked for 10k oil change and was kept here 4 hours. Just valet of car took an hour. They told me it was 1.5 hours. Pe Not a great place for service. excellent service experience I had a mild emergency when my 2011 Cayenne started to leak water into the passenger compartment. When I called Norman, the service manager and expla I had a mild emergency when my 2011 Cayenne started to leak water into the passenger compartment. When I called Norman, the service manager and explained the issue, he did everything he could to get my car in the same day to have it looked at as soon as possible. When all was said and done, I had my car back the next day good as new. The best part, however, was that did not charge me for the repair, despite my car being off warranty ! I have to say, every experience I have had with the South Shore Porsche service department has be great. More
