Today, more than ever, companies have to go ABOVE and BEYOND to EARN and RETAIN a customers’ loyalty. Customers have so many options, they are in the DRIVERS seat. I visited numerous Porsche dealerships. The question was, who was going to earn my business.
When I began dealing with Jonathan Lopez at Porsche South Shore, he WOWed me. He only knew me as a person on the other end of a phone, but from that moment, even being a stranger, he treated me with the utmost CARE. He didn't know my story, he didn't know my background, and he didn't know ME. However, how I was initially TREATED by him sealed the deal and after a few interactions, he and Porsche South Shore team EARNED my business.
In this life, I have always been taught, "Treat people how you would like to be treated." It may seem like a simple statement to live by, but it really is not. It takes WORK, it takes LISTENING, it takes DEDICATION and MORE. At the end of the day, even with all of one's best efforts, the outcome they desire may not come true. A potential DEAL may or may not go through because in life, none of us have a crystal ball, well, at least I haven't met anyone yet who has one. Jonathan took a chance on me. Thank you Jonathan.
The team worked with me to swap a vehicle allocation with another dealership so I could ultimately acquire the car I desired in the Porsche line up. They set my expectations upfront by saying to please give them a couple of days and then I received the cherished phone call from Jonathan that they were able to help me in my dream creation. Thank you again.
I could go on for days about my experience with the Porsche South Shore team as I had the opportunity to engage with other team members including Zachary Sweatt and Kevin Crandon. However, what a review is designed to do is to give a TASTE into the world of a brand. It is up to you, the consumer, to decide if you want to give Porsche South Shore a chance.
This world is imperfect, as are all HUMAN BEINGS. However, when you are able to engage with a brand and their employees who understand the importance of HARD WORK and the meaning of TEAM WORK, who have excellent LISTENing and COMMUNICATING skills, and employ DEDICATION at every stage of the sales cycle with a HUMAN APPROACH sprinkled in, you have a recipe for a GREAT EXPERIENCE! That’s the Porsche South Shore brand.
While I cannot predict the experience you will have with Porsche South Shore, as I still am unsure where to acquire my own crystal ball, what I can say is that this dealership has HEART which opens the potential for a WOWing experience.
In the automotive industry, it is not always easy to deliver a PERFECT experience given there are so many variables at play, but when EFFORT and HEART are involved, you have a pretty good CHANCE for an AMAZING experience overall.
