Porsche Spokane Certified a Vehicle with a Damaged Night Vision Lens. Shipper Pre Inspection Photos clear shows starred lined cracked Night Vision Lens while car was still sitting Porsche Spokane Deliver Vision Lens. Shipper Pre Inspection Photos clear shows starred lined cracked Night Vision Lens while car was still sitting Porsche Spokane Delivery Bay prior to loading. These photos were verified with Service Advisors/Technicians at my 2 local Twin Cities Porsche Dealerships. Why or Did they not know and was unaware? I won’t and can’t say IF they didn’t. To further illustrate, but IF not replacing the Air Filter as part of the 40,000 mile service and the service departments doing a multi inspection and the cracked lens was discovered. I happened to call Porsche Spokane Service Department for a copy of the maintenance records and get the exact documented services sent out to me and provide me my next service date based on the records and the date entered in the PCM module to ensure accuracy and consistency moving forward for any and all services. I sent an email sharing my issues of concern regarding the Air Filter and Night Vision Lens to Management at Porsche Spokane and the Operations Manager replied back to my email with acknowledgement that stated to provide my receipt on the Air Filter and Porsche Spokane will reimburse me for out of pocket expenses for the Air Filter. I have heard no response on the Night Vision lens replacement issue which is priced at approximately $9,100.00 to replace. No aftermarket Lens to replace just the lens. Why were these matters not addressed prior to the Panamera Turbo S leaving Porsche Spokane? Were they intentionally overlooked? I honestly can’t say what is in the mind of another. Maybe it is because I also purchased a warranty at the time of sale and with the car also being CPO’d, maybe they thought the issued would be addressed later by the customer and not the costs of repair come out the overhead coffers of Gee Automotive? Again, I don’t know. I have my opinion but labor them here. All services done and as customer drives the car more and more and time passes. But looking at the photos the aged Night Lens cracked speaks for itself. What a FIRST Time Porsche Customer Buying experience. Where you buy matters. It is Better to Do the Right Thing Than to Be Right More

Whatever you do don't buy a vehicle from these people. You will be fine as long as you don't have to get it serviced. The service department will flat out lie to you.
