No haggle deal for them, inquired about a car on their website, set an appointment for the next day, made a $2500 deposit, and signed a purchase contract. Next day, get a call before we head to the dealership and the windshield is cracked. Assured it would be no problem and taken care of, they just wanted us aware. Once we showed up, it was far from no problem. They refused to pay for the windshield replacement unless they could use aftermarket glass because the correct glass was too expensive. Offered a $500 discount as another option which is laughable since the OEM windshield is $2,000+ Was unable to ever speak with any management outside of Nick who needs a serious lesson in leadership. Nick speaks to his clients as if he works at a buy here pay here used car lot on the side of the highway, definitely not as someone who represents Porsche. Nick stated that even if putting aftermarket glass in the car created a Calibration issue, the dealership wouldn’t be responsible. Went as far to say that “it’s a used car, we don’t care if it has warning lights on”. It’s a shame this is the experience we had here over a $25,000 car that we brought a check for. I’ve purchased a $160k car from this same company in the past and although a different dealership, I figured the company would be run with integrity throughout. I guess they only care about their clients when they’re spending big money or maybe it was just this specific dealership. No effort was made to sell a car today or salvage a relationship with a previous client. Shocked that this was the experience and I would highly suggest looking at other options before ever doing business with this dealership or INIGO as a whole company. More
