After purchase, people reluctant to provide technical support or didn't seem to understand how the technology worked. I didn't get a callback. I was told, "you don't need that." Since I paid for it, I felt differently. The service guy couldn't even be bothered to look at me when I was asking for help with a single question. I waited for him to be free from what he was doing on his computer to ask for an answer. I felt like I was annoying them. I was considering a 2nd purchase of a Porsche SUV but decided against it because of my experience. A dealership should adopt a "team" approach. I know they work on commission, but that attitude should not affect customer service. Until this purchase, I was an Autohaus person for years, primarily because of the excellent after purchase service. I wanted to try a different brand; I made a mistake. More

Service writer lets you explain what needs to be done and then goes over a printed statement for review. Pickup of the Porsche was just as flawless, although the cleaning of the vehicle before presentation wasn’t up to par. They probably didn’t have to wash it, but with a high dollar vehicle and giving the dealership around $4,000 worth of business, you would expect to pick up a clean vehicle. More
