After my car of 11 years broke down, I was in a crunch to get a new one and saw a used Scion TC on the pre-owned lot of the Porsche dealership. He was informative, kind and personable and made the process seamless and enjoyable. Vinny went above and beyond throughout the car buying process and even ordered new car mats when we realized my car didn't come with any. I would return to the Porsche dealership without hesitation and highly recommend Vinny as a salesperson to anyone looking to buy a Porsche or non-Porsche pre-owned car. This past weekend, we visited Porsche of Stevens Creek with the intent to buy a new car. We had already done our research, and knew which model we were interested in purchasing, but we decided to head to with the intent to buy a new car. Vinny was the first employee on the lot, and he immediately welcomed us, and offered us a seat inside. Once we sat down, he took the time to get to know us and answer all of our questions....he really made us feel at home. Vinny was also a wealth of information. He shared with us everything we needed to know about the vehicle we were considering, and then he took us out for a test drive. We did indeed purchase a new car that day, and the entire experience was easy and comfortable. A BIG thank you to Vinny for his help, and his excellent customer service. Buying a new car can be stressful, and Vinny ensured that our experience was nothing but pleasant (and fun)! More

Even on a busy day, he took the time to provide a fairly lengthy test drive on both freeway and stop-go traffic to really let you experience and engage with the car. After leaving the showroom, Vinny was prompt in following up on any information that he had promised during the initial visit and was very versatile in adjusting his communication methods to suit his potential buyer's preference and schedules. Much of our conversation took place over SMS across several days and eventually lead to a very seamless purchase. Once I had confirmed my intent to purchase, much of the paperwork was handled by Jerry who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and go through a daunting stack of paperwork as well as extended warranty options (which I highly recommend everyone to get btw). He even managed to secure financing with an alternative bank (Chase) that eventually ended up lowering my interest rates which was great since I had just moved to the US and did not have any credit history as yet. Finally on the day I picked up the car, Vinny once again demonstrated his excellent customer service abilities by walking me through all the different controls in the car. All I can say is that I was an expert by the time I drove the car out of the showroom. Overall I highly recommend coming to Porshe of Steven's Creek if you are in the vicinity looking to buy a car. This was my first experience with Porsche and being a woman who does her own car deals, I was expecting the usual attitude of "this woman can't possibly be a serious buyer,she has no male companion with woman who does her own car deals, I was expecting the usual attitude of "this woman can't possibly be a serious buyer,she has no male companion with her". I was pleasantly surprised when I 9met with Vinney who took the time to answer my many questions and offered a test drive in the pouring rain. I had come in asking specifically about the 2012 Carrera Black Edition which had just been introduced. Although Vinney wasn't entirely familiar with this new edition he took the time to find out and gave me all the info I needed to make a decision to place an order to build my "dream car". He stayed in touch throughout the process and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. One thing that impressed me is that the service didn't end when I took delivery and drove off the lot. Vinney followed up via phone and set up a time to have me come back and address any questions after a few days of having the car. I am confident that Vinney and the rest of the Stevens Creek team will continue to provide excellent customer service and support long after the sale. More

My family had a very positive experience with Stevens Creek Porsche. Just picked up a '11 Cayenne and had the pleasure of working with Vincent Milazzo (Vinny). I will admit there were times when the answer wasn't readily available but the staff always worked on getting us an answer as soon as possible. Once we took delivery of the car, the dealer was very supportive and kindly offered to help with even the "stupidest" of questions. Our sales rep even offered to come to our house and help if we had any questions. Overall we're happy and would do business with Stevens Creek Porsche again. More

I went in for standard maintenance (oil change) and new tires. Mark scheduled me right away. I dropped off the car (they were waiting for me) and it took no time at all for the paper work and getting the l tires. Mark scheduled me right away.
