Tyler is great to work with. I let him know when I'd be there and as I entered the facility he was the first person I talked to. I said "I'm here for an appointment with Tyler," I let him know when I'd be there and as I entered the facility he was the first person I talked to. I said "I'm here for an appointment with Tyler," and he said "That's me!" with a huge smile. He introduced me to the dealership by offering me a beverage and we discussed my inquiry. He asked what my plans were and quickly found potential matches in the facility. We checked them out and while we were inside one of the cars I switched my phone to flashlight mode to get a better look and Tyler said "I can do better. I can get sunlight" and he drove the car to the garage rooftop so I could see everything clearly. After making a selection, Tyler got me through the whole process with ease.
