Worst experience ever. One minute they tell you, you have a deal after they run your credit and you figure out the financing then they tell you the car is sold. My only assumption is that someone came in with a better deal. Stay away from these guys. They don’t want to build a long relationship with their clients. They want the quick buck. This dealership was so much better when it was owned by Reeves. Since Morgan auto group took over, it is all about the dollar. Go to another Porsche dealership. Read the negative reviews on Google. Buyer beware. More

We stumbled upon a gently used Lexus GX460 located here. We live about 3.5 hours away in Amelia Island, but the pricing on this flawless vehicle was too hard to pass and well worth the drive. Upon first communication, Eric quickly met and exceeded our expectations as (long distance) buyers. He cut straight to the point in negotiating final numbers, had my trade in value secured, and even stood in the rain to give us a virtual tour of the vehicle to go over every single inch of the car before making the drive. I was able to place a (refundable deposit) on the car, and received a soft copy of the bill of sale/trade in before heading to Tampa. When I arrived in Tampa, the vehicle was detailed, gassed, and ready to go. Eric and Ed (finance) had everything in order. There were zero surprises on the dealership’s end, very smooth transaction, all numbers were as promised. Buying a used vehicle (and a non-Porsche), I felt the team treated me with just as much respect and enthusiasm as someone spending 3-4x. I am over the moon for my new ride, and my husband can’t wait to visit Eric again soon to pick out a Porsche! More

Driving from Monthomery, AL to Odessa, Fl, we encountered difficulties after we crossed into Florida. Temp gauge went to the max and a red warning light came on. We added just over a gallon, let the car sit and cool down, and then got back in the road. We got gas in Perry and there were no problems. When we got near Weeki Watchee the temp gauge maxed out again. We stopped in a lighted parking lot, checked the fluids, and called the insurance company, who dispatched a wrecker. Within an hour a wrecker had the car loaded, and was enroute to Tampa. Our son drove from Odessa and picked us up. The next day we received a call from Ryan, the service advisor. We provided him with the history and he said they'd get on it. They actually worked on the car Thanksgiving day, and the mechanic sent a video showing not only the main problem, but several other items that needed to be addressed. Most pressing was the failed water pump, so we gave the go ahead to take care of it. We wnt to the dealership the next day, and everyone we met and spoke with were very helpful. One young man asked if we'd like the car washed, so while we were taking care of the paperwork, he had the car cleaned, inside and out. We are extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, and customer service attitude of the employees at the dealership and have already decided that "We'll be back!!" Thank you to Ryan and his co-workers for the customer service and can-do attitude - especially on Thanksgiving day! More

We were in route north on I-75 on our way to NC when DEF warning lights came on. We called Porsche Tampa and Ryan helped us get to the dealership. The problem was diagnosed but part was not in stock. Too much of a disconnect between sales and finance team. Sold me a used lease at new car full price. Resent documents via email but never the correct and original agreed upon price for the lease.
