Unfortunately I went in for a nail in the tire and the wrong tire was replaced. Although I value having a new tire, for a tire that was not leaking , the trip and time spent was inconvenient as well as ma wrong tire was replaced. Although I value having a new tire, for a tire that was not leaking , the trip and time spent was inconvenient as well as made me doubt the technician did a full inspection of my car. The nail was extremely obvious and not possible to miss! Side wall, inner nail. Any other time, service has been amazing, but this time left me with doubts on the quality and focus of something so simple and hard to miss - if my car was up on the rack and the tech inspected the tires.
