I came to this deal to buy a Porsche. The salesman tried to push me into buying a car for far more than competitors wanted for the same car. When I wouldn't, he introduced me to the sales manager, who went to push me into buying a car for far more than competitors wanted for the same car. When I wouldn't, he introduced me to the sales manager, who went out of his way to be rude and dismissive. I ended up buying the same car at a better price at a competing dealership. The issues were handled by Mr. Kurt Hoover, your Service department Manager. I wanted to take this moment to express to you how pleased I was with his professional manner. His behavior and performance was exceptional in every way. His care in leaving no stone unturned regarding the various issues was outstanding. I'm sure his careful and professional examination of each issue have made a difference. He was part of several conversations I had with the service advisor some of which were challenging. He handled them calmly, professionally, and always respectfully. I have a tremendous respect for the service department at HBL due to the efforts of Mr. Hoover.
